Contactless payment rings have been traditionally painful to set up. Some rings require customers to download multiple apps, set up on multiple rings or get a specific type of card. At Monesave, we have listen to our customers and get you up and running in three simple steps:

FAQ
How secure are Payment Rings? Can it be skimmed in crowded places?
Conventional contactless credit / debit cards and payment wearable watches have a design flaw. They are vulnerable to skimming fraud and payment theft, because they transmit payment data along the plane of their surface, so an activated POS can withdraw money even without your knowledge. Your Monesave Ring on the other hand required a closed fist and you need to tap your knuckle for any payment. Thats not a natural walking position, making it difficult for skimming and theft.
If your Ring is lost or stolen, you can simply block the Ring from your Monesave App
What is someone grab the ring from my Finger during a robbery?
Diversification is key to Risk Management. If your wallet is stolen you need to get in touch with your bank asap. However, your Monesave Ring not linked to your Main Bank Account and requires you to Add Money or set Auto-Top mandate to its prepaid wallet using your App, thereby keeping your main bank account safe and secure.
How do I get my Ring sizes?
All our rings are sized in US-standard sizes (even though we're a global fintech company…!). There are two ways to measure your ring size:
1) Visit your nearest Jeweller: Ring sizing can be very tricky to get right, especially if you have no idea what size you are to begin with. We always recommend visiting a local jewellery store to have your finger sized.
